Refund and Returns Policy

True Social Limited is committed to selling quality products, as well as to the satisfaction of purchasers buying products through the www.natgloweu.com website (the “Site”).  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of Natural Glow, or if you would like to return any Natural Glow TM  product, please contact us at support@natgloweu.com.  In addition to other applicable policies set forth on the Site, refunds and returns are subject to the terms and conditions below:

If it is your—or your household’s- first time purchasing any Natural Glow product, you may return your order with proof of purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the product, subject additionally to the following:  (a) unopened product orders (no product cans have been used or consumed) may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs of initial purchase); (b) opened product orders (one or more cans have been used or consumed) may be returned for a refund of up to 12 cans of each flavour, minus shipping costs of initial purchase; (c) for all returns, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label to send the product back; (d) for all returns, refunds will go back onto the credit card you used for purchase and processed only upon our receipt of your returned order at the warehouse; and (e) for all returns, only one such “first time” return is permitted per household.

Upon your—or your household’s—second or subsequent purchase(s) of any Natural Glow product, you may only return your order with proof of purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the product, subject additionally to the following:  (a) refunds will be provided only for any unused / unconsumed product cans; (b) any refund will be calculated on a per-can basis, based on the case quantity for which you were charged in your order; (c) you will be responsible for all shipping costs for sending the product back; (d) refunds will go back onto the credit card you used for purchase and processed only upon our receipt of your returned order at the warehouse; and (e) we reserve the right to refuse requested returns and/or refunds we deem unduly repetitive or otherwise excessive, in our sole discretion (by way of example, and not limitation, if you have returned and been refunded for any portion of your first time purchase, and then seek to return/be refunded for any portion of your second or subsequent purchase, we reserve the right to refuse your request).

If you purchased a potentially damaged or defective Natural Glow product, you may return it with proof of purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the product, subject additionally to the following: (a) you must provide a photo clearly depicting the condition of the product you believe to be damaged or defective; (b) upon our receipt and review of the photo, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, so you can send the product back; (c) upon receipt and inspection of the product, we may provide you a full refund, including the product shipping costs you paid; and (d) in the event of a refund, it will go back onto the credit card you used for purchase.

If we shipped you the wrong Natural Glow product based on your order, you may return it with proof of purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the product, subject additionally to the following: (a) we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, so you can send the product back; (b) upon receipt of the returned product, we will provide you a full refund, including the product shipping costs you paid; and (c) provided, however, no refunds will be given for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping address information you provide.

All returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of receiving the product.

No refunds will be initiated until the returned product is received back at the warehouse.

If you received FREE product, you are not eligible for a return or a refund on shipping costs or otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse any and all requested returns and/or refunds we deem fraudulent, unduly repetitive or otherwise excessive, in our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for refunding orders experiencing shipping errors due to incorrect shipping address information you provide.

What is the return policy?

If you would like to return any True Sports Hydration products, please contact us at support@natgloweu.com and refer to the Refund and Return Policy. Note that if you received FREE product, it is not eligible for a return or eligible for a refund on shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it is not guaranteed that we can cancel the order. Please contact us at support@natgloweu.com and refer to the Terms of Sale.

The product I received is damaged. Can I get a refund?
